Move Reminder promotes a healthy lifestyle by utilizing your phone's built-in sensors to detect when you've been inactive for too long and reminds you to move. It's customizable and can also be used as a simple pedometer.

Move Reminder uses Google Fit to track your step count and does not need to stay open to function. It sends notifications and displays your progress very similarly to Apple Watch's stand up reminder.

The default settings are ideal for use as a stand-up/break reminder and can be adjusted to fit your needs. Settings include hourly goal, notification sound, display colors, and more!
